What does the Breast Reduction procedure entail?

A Breast Reduction does not only reduce the size of the breast but also improves the shape and size of the breasts. Your surgeon will remove the excess breast, fat and skin tissue while shaping and repositioning the breasts. As a result, the overall shape of the breasts is improved, and they are lifted to a new, more upright position.

A Breast Reduction procedure may last approximately 2 ½ to 3 ½ hours, depending on the complexity of the procedure and requires 1 -2 days in hospital.
