• Terms & Conditions in relation to the purchase of gift vouchers from River Medical;
• Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, which is printed on the Gift Voucher.
• The following transaction charges will apply to gift vouchers sold by River Medical;
• Minimum Gift Voucher value is €50
• Web Site and Tele sales: €3.49 per transaction
• These charges may vary from time to time.
• River Medical will not accept any responsibility for gift vouchers that are lost, stolen or damaged.
• Gift Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.
• In the event of returning a gift voucher to River Medical for whatever reason, administration fees will apply.
• River Medical Vouchers can only be exchanged at the business for which they were purchased.
• Gift vouchers may be exchanged for surgical or non-surgical procedures of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
• Gift vouchers may be exchanged for Surgical or Non-Surgical Procedures of a lower value, solely at the discretion of River Medical.
• Gift vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation.
• Gift vouchers defaced in any way will be invalid.
• Counterfoil must be attached to gift voucher on presentation.
• Allow 3+ days for delivery of vouchers by standard post. Gift Voucher orders received and approved before noon each day, are guaranteed for dispatch during the following working day.
• All Orders are subject to payment approval before they are accepted as live orders.
