surgery’ etc. All the titles mentioned are not recognised
and are used by people who are not Plastic Surgeons. There is
no other training in cosmetic surgery other than formal training
in Plastic Surgery. This training usually entails surgical training
for 10 years after a medical degree. European Medical Councils
recognise only the title and qualifications of a plastic surgeon,
hence there is only ONE specialist register list, where the full
title is: [Name …] Specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive
and Aesthetic Surgery.
